Jill Moncla, OD is an Elizabeth City, NC native. She attended East Carolina University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and went on to attend optometry school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Jill has joined eyecarecenter in Elizabeth City, NC and is excited to be serving the people of Elizabeth City. In her free time, Jill enjoys spending time with her family and friends
